... started ~50 minutes early, thanks to a kind Race Director (Bishop Races – fundraiser for Explosive Ordnance Disposal = EOD society) ... great blue herons in the C&O Canal ... warm & humid – walked 1 minute jogged 1minute for most of the first half, then walked it out!
